To be completely honest the groups are a highlight of my week. They provide me the ability and opportunity to share my struggles and triumphs with like-minded people whom I have come to call: friend!

All People, All Pathways™ is not just the name of our group. It is the guiding concept. Through these online meetings, CAPSA seeks to honour your wellness journey. There are many pathways to increased wellness, and people will walk on many paths.

Our sessions take place weekly. They are led by trained peer facilitators who work to create a safe environment. It is a place free of stigma and discrimination, where people can question their relationship with substances.

In each session, the group does a few simple exercises together. You may find some tools that are helpful to you. We all then share our successes and challenges together.

Our group is inclusive. It is open to everyone who wants to change their relationship with substances. Their families, allies, and professionals are also welcome to attend our meetings.

ALL ARE WELCOME.
