The Peer Support Warm Line is a free and confidential phone service. It is offered by trained Peer Supporters. They have direct lived and living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Peer Supporters can offer supportive conversations from the perspective of someone who has been there. The Warm Line is a great choice if you are feeling lonely, isolated, anxious, or are in need of a friendly ear.

When you call the number above, you’ll be connected with a trained Peer Supporter. If nobody is available when you call, you will hear a message saying that all lines are busy. You can try calling again a bit later.
