310-Mental Health is a support line that gives immediate access to the following:

a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns.

Alcohol & Drug Referral Service (ADIRS)
Free and confidential support for substance use related questions or concerns. This support can include referral to community substance use treatment services for people of all ages.
